I build the systems that get you home for dinner.

I put AI inside Aussie small businesses so quotes, invoices and missed calls get handled while you're on the tools.

Sound familiar

You started this to be your own boss.

Somewhere along the way the business started bossing you.

Quotes get written on the couch at nine. Invoices stack up until Sunday arvo. The phone rings while you're halfway up a ladder, and that job goes to whoever picked up first. Your best worker asks the same question for the third time this month, because the answer only lives in your head.

That's what happens when every system in a business lives with the owner. Everything runs through you, so everything waits on you.

And then there's the hum in the background. Lying in bed doing maths on a job you quoted three weeks ago.

You should get to be great at your trade and still have a life outside it.

Story

I've been the one with a plate in each hand.

I walked into a cafe on Straddie as a worker. A year and a half later I was running it, and it had gone from $7K a week to $2.2M a year, five staff to thirty-five.

The first stretch was seventy-hour weeks on the floor, chasing my tail like everyone else. What turned it around was the unglamorous stuff. Tighter systems, and properly backing the people running them.

When AI hit the mainstream in 2022 all I could see was hours. The nights owners lose to admin when they should be home. So I taught myself to build it, two years of sixteen-hour days and no degree. Everything I'd put in your business runs my own days first.

How it goes

Start with one thing that's eating your week.

01

The call

20 minutes

Tell me what's eating your week. I'll tell you straight if I can fix it.

02

The first build

14 days

One workflow, built inside your business, running on your real jobs. You watch it work before we touch anything else.

03

The walkthrough

30 minutes

I show you what it caught that week. You decide what's next.

04

It compounds

every week after

Every job you run teaches it more about how you do things. Most owners are picking workflow number two by now.

What you can hold me to.

  • You always hit send.Nothing goes out in your name without your say-so.
  • Month to month. It earns its keep or you walk.
  • Your data stays yours. In your accounts, under your logins, the whole time.
  • Plain English, always.Explaining the tech is my job.

Picture a normal Tuesday.

A missed call gets a text back and a booking before you're down the ladder.

The quote goes out that afternoon, priced off your last fifty jobs. Invoices chase themselves. You knock off at a decent hour and the business still knows exactly what happened today.

That's what I'm building toward with every client. More of your week back, and a business that remembers everything you know.

Any single week, doing it all yourself doesn't feel expensive. Add up a year of Sunday invoicing and jobs that rang out while you were on the tools, though, and it's the biggest bill the business pays.

The long way round

Self-taught, and I learned most of it on the floor.

  1. Age 15
    My own market stall

Selling cordials. First taste of talking to customers all day.

  2. The trades years
    Hospo, demo, landscaping

Bartending, bathroom and kitchen demolition on the Sunshine Coast, garden builds in Noosa, wedding marquees on Straddie.

  3. Straddie
    The cafe

Worker to manager. $7K a week to $2.2M a year, five staff to thirty-five.

  4. 2022 on
    Taught myself AI

Agentic engineering first, then building for real businesses.

  5. Now
    G'dai Mate

AI done good, for the people who keep this country running.

Fair questions

Do I need to be good with tech?

No. If you can send a text, you're set. It works the way you already work, then makes it lighter.

What does it cost?

Websites from $1,800. Monthly systems from $497 + GST. I'll give you a real number on the call once I know what you need.

What if it doesn't work for my business?

Month to month, no lock-in. If it isn't earning its keep, you walk, and everything we built stays in your accounts.

Is G'dai Mate a big agency?

G'dai Mate is my business. When you book, you're talking to me, and I'm the one building it.

Is my data safe?

It lives in your accounts under your logins. I keep nothing when we're done.

Tell me what's eating your week.

Twenty minutes, on the phone or a video call. Straight answer on whether there's a fit, and you'll leave with at least one thing you can fix this week either way.

PS. If you've read this far you probably already know which job you'd hand off first. Bring that one to the call.
